These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about the products offered on these pages. Lake Fest d.o.o. (hereinafter the seller) Internet pages can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following terms and conditions.The seller is Lake Fest d.o.o., and the buyer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes payment via credit card or cash on delivery.
ORDERING
The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer.All prices are expressed in euros (€), including VAT.The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a certain product and placing it in the electronic basket. The goods are considered ordered at the moment when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method.
METHODS OF PAYMENTPayment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: payment cards - VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that support payment via the Internet. Payment by card is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Hipotekarna Banka and is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purpose.The transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. In case the payment is not completed, that is, the amount is not removed from the account within 14 days from the acceptance of your order, the order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the money reserved in your account is released and will be available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment related to them.Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment via the Internet.

STATEMENT ON THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATAWe undertake to provide protection of customers' personal data, in such a way that we only collect necessary, basic data about customers / users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; We inform customers about how the collected data is used, and regularly give customers choices about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.All user data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
DELIVERY OF GOODSDELIVERY OF GOODS
The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person (employee of the company that makes the delivery). The seller disclaims all responsibility for damages that may occur during delivery.In the case of purchasing an electronic ticket to the event, the customer receives a link with the tickets that he can download, save and print. A ticket link is also sent automatically to the customer's e-mail address along with the payment confirmation.If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notification, after they have been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to inform the seller about this in order to take actions to find the shipment or to send a new shipment.If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered goods, the seller has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery.The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer as soon as he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving that confirmation, the seller undertakes to send the shipment within 5 (five) working days.After the delivery company (delivery company) receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.Delivery is made to the entrance to the residential building of the desired address. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the customer is, but to the entrance of the building. Delivery is made through transport companies that provide transport services.We ask customers to prepare the exact amount of the invoice when paying by cash on delivery.
COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description listed on www.lake-fest.me. The image that illustrates the product on the Internet page does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, and the customer cannot advertise this segment.The seller is not responsible for possible damages and other obligations that are in the domain of the delivery person (the company that performs the delivery of the product).Every customer has the right to cancel already purchased goods. The customer can cancel the purchased goods within 12 hours from the moment of purchase of the goods, in which case the money will be returned to the customer.All questions and reports regarding complaints about goods and services can be sent to the e-mail address lakefestniksic@gmail.comIn the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, this refund is made exclusively via the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard card that was used for payment. This means that our bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at our request.The complaint period lasts up to 7 working days. The seller is obliged to resolve any complaint within this period.
CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT WHEN ONLINE PAYMENT
Statement on conversions - All payments will be made in Euros ( € ). If the payment is made with payment cards issued by foreign Banks, the transaction amount will be converted into the local currency of the card user, according to the exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard card companies.Please note that all payments will be made in Euro (EUR). If the payment is made using foreign issuers payment cards, the total amount of the transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of Visa/Mastercard.
